Responsibilities

• Preclinical didactic and laboratory instruction
• Supervision of patient care in comprehensive care programs

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school or equivalent
• Certificate of training from an ADA-accredited AEGD or GPR program, or other advanced degrees
• Previous teaching experience

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medical Dentistry or Doctor of Dental Surgery required
• Dental License Registration required
• DEA Number required
• CPR Certification required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to details
• Effectively manage and organize daily tasks, independently and with a team, while balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Accuracy and productivity in completing tasks
• A high degree of interpersonal competency: professionalism, diplomacy, judgement, and discretion
• Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty, and colleagues
• Ability to solve complex problems and meet deadlines
