General Dentist
About the role
This is a full-time leadership role with autonomy and long-term succession potential. The position will be part of a well-established practice supported by a loyal patient base and steady demand for comprehensive care. There is mentorship and transition support from a highly credentialed retiring dentist.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including the option to perform advanced procedures
- Deliver exceptional patient care and build strong patient relationships
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records and comply with safety protocols
Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program
- Active Texas dental license
- Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications
- 2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred
