About the role

At Midwest Dental, you’ll practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and support, expand your skills through complimentary CE, and lead a strong team in a culture of empowerment. Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles to align on goals and priorities.
• Practice with clinical autonomy while receiving full support from the broader network.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams, and communicate tailored treatment plans.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including regulatory guidelines and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license, CPR certification, and DEA license (or in process).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship available for qualified candidates).

Pay

$300,000–$350,000 per year, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
