General Dentist

Duties

• Provide general dental services
• Lead dental assistants and other professionals
• Forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members
• See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population
• Participate in Continuing Education events
• Treat all patients with the utmost respect
• Provide proper notice when out of the office
• Interact with other General Practice dentists
• Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture
• Utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic
• Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture
• Communicate effectively with the office leader

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or foreign equivalent degree
• Possess or be immediately eligible to obtain state dental license
