General Dentist

General Dentist role focused on delivering high-quality care, leading a clinical team, and fostering a safety-first culture in a fast-paced, multi-provider clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services for patients of all ages, including pediatric care.
• Lead and mentor Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to ensure excellent patient care.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with all Rodeo team members and collaborate daily with other General Practice dentists.
• Manage a wide range of cases, from preventive to advanced restorative care.
• Participate in Continuing Education events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to enhance clinical skills.
• Treat all patients with respect, regardless of socio-economic status.
• Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop and maintain a strong office culture.
• Utilize Open Dental software for efficient patient flow and clinic organization.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols to create a safety-first environment.
• Communicate effectively with office leadership to ensure alignment on clinic operations.
• Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow staff preparation for daily patient care.
• Recent graduates will receive hands-on experience with full mentorship and guided clinical autonomy.

Requirements

• D.D.S. or foreign equivalent degree.
• Active state dental license (or ability to obtain before start date).
• New graduates and current D4 students are encouraged to apply.
• Growth-minded, compassionate professional eager to make an impact.
• Previous experience is a plus, but passion and drive are prioritized.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing as needed.
• Ability to move independently between operatories.

Pay

$275,000 to $450,000 per year
