What's Not Offered

Currently, bone grafting is not offered, but we welcome an Associate who brings this service in-house.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
• Ability to maintain state-required insurance coverage
