General Dentist – Tropicana Location Location: Tropicana Dental Center – Las Vegas, NV Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary Nevada Dental Benefits is seeking a General Dentist to join our team at our new Tropicana dental center in Las Vegas. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and wants the benefit of a consistent four-day workweek. Our providers are supported by an experienced clinical and operational team and have the opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality dental care without the sales pressure commonly found in traditional dental environments. Responsibilities The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental services within the scope of their Nevada license, including: Perform comprehensive, periodic, limited, and emergency dental examinationsDiagnose dental and oral conditionsReview and interpret radiographs and other diagnostic findingsDevelop appropriate treatment plans and recommendationsProvide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental carePerform extractions and other general dentistry procedures within the provider's training and scope of practiceAdminister local anesthesiaPrescribe medications when clinically appropriate and legally authorizedAccurately document diagnoses, treatment, clinical findings, and patient communicationsCoordinate referrals and follow-up care when specialty treatment is neededWork collaboratively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and practice leadershipMaintain appropriate infection prevention, patient safety, documentation, and regulatory standards Patient Care & Service Expectations Our dental centers place a strong emphasis on the patient and member experience and strive to provide a five-star level of service.
