Qualifications
- Proficiency in all of the areas listed above
- Current Indiana Dental License
- Current CPR for Healthcare Providers
- Must be Medicaid Certified or willing to become certified
- Willingness to travel within a 2-hour radius
Compensation
Compensation of 32% of billed production for school clinic days
Daily average earned $1,500+

About the Role
This part time dentist position is 1-2 days per week (Monday-Friday only; approx. 7:00am-3:00pm) based out of the Lafayette, IN area.
Requirements
An active Indiana Dental License and current CPR for Healthcare Providers are required for this opportunity; malpractice is provided by MAH
