Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and goals
- Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental care
- Perform fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, and other general dental procedures
- Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care
- Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Continuously pursue excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Virginia dental license in good standing
- Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software preferred
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative, positive, and patient-focused approach
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care
