About the role

Denham Springs Dental Care is seeking a General Dentist to join their team. Heartland Dental, recognized as one of Newsweek’s America’s Greatest Workplaces in Healthcare, is the nation's largest dental support organization.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Work within a full clinical team including a dental hygienist and dental assistant
• Become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• Access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions
• Regular HIPAA training and adherence to data safeguards
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Attend virtual training sessions periodically

Requirements

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in state of Louisiana
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
