Metro Dentalcare - Lakeville is seeking a passionate and driven General Dentist to join our dynamic team. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or just beginning your journey, this is your chance to lead a practice with clinical autonomy while being supported by the resources and expertise of Heartland Dental, the nation’s largest Dental Support Organization.

This opportunity is available for full-time or part-time work, ideally 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays).

Requirements

• Education & Licensure: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Minnesota.
• Dedication to Excellence: A passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning: Exhibit a strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills to meet the evolving needs of patients.
• Credentialing: Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans.

Physical Requirements

• Demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Expect prolonged periods of sitting and standing, adapting to the dynamic nature of dental practice.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
• Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required) throughout the year.
• A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN).
