What We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Minnesota.
- A passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.
- A strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills to meet the evolving needs of patients.
- The ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 45 pounds when necessary.
- Versatility in sitting and standing for prolonged periods.
- Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in-person when required).
- A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions.
