This opportunity is ideal for an experienced dentist looking to step into a productive environment, while also offering strong mentorship and support for motivated new graduates.
Compensation
$250,000 minimum first-year guarantee with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements
- DDS/DMD Degree
- Active and unrestricted license in the state of Wisconsin
- Dedication to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Commitment to continuous learning and expanding clinical skills
- Ability and willingness to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans
Physical Requirements
- Capable of performing essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- Availability to attend periodic virtual training sessions or in-person training when required
- Completion of tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
