Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and provide preventive care.
• Perform extractions, crowns, denture care, and a broad range of general dental procedures.
• Utilize modern portable dental technology and digital record systems to deliver gentle, patient‑centered care.
• Ensure an outstanding clinical experience for senior and special‑needs patients.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state dental license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations.
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability when working with elderly and disabled patients.
• Ability to perform a broad range of general dental procedures.
• Familiarity with dental software for maintaining patient records and treatment plans.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for travel to multiple locations.
• Commitment to working in mobile dental settings outside of traditional offices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily guarantee of $900‑$1,200 or up to 28% of net production, commensurate with market and scope of services.
