Our practice combines a modern clinical environment with the feel of a strong local dental office. We provide comprehensive family dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care, with a team focused on creating an excellent experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive dentistry with strong clinical autonomy
• Build long-term relationships with an established patient base
• Work alongside other great doctors and an experienced dental team
• Provide restorative, cosmetic, emergency, and general dentistry
• Grow clinically while building a productive long-term practice
• Support a strong existing patient base and health new patient flow

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Washington dental license or ability to obtain one
• Strong restorative and general dentistry skills
• Excellent patient communication and treatment-planning skills
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Pay

• Earning potential: $300,000–$400,000 annually
• $25,000 signing bonus
