Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general dentistry in a comprehensive family practice setting
• Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver patient-centered care
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence
• Help anxious patients feel comfortable, informed, and respected
• Partner with hygiene, assistants, and front office team members for a smooth patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional standards
• Contribute to the practice’s growth and reputation

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Kansas dental license or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care
• Confident in general dentistry procedures
• Clear and compassionate patient communication
• Calm, reassuring chairside presence
• Comfortable caring for patients with dental anxiety
• Team-first mindset and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills

• Experience with extractions, endodontics, dentures, implants, sedation, cosmetic dentistry, or advanced restorative care (not required)

Pay

Estimated earnings: $200,000–$300,000 per year, based on 30% of collections with a daily minimum guarantee.
