Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general and family dentistry: exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Deliver restorative care, including fillings, crown and bridge, oral surgery, endo, clear aligners
- Offer cosmetic and emergency dental services
- Perform routine extractions and other procedures within your scope
- Collaborate with your team and Dr. Hodges to deliver seamless, high-quality care
- Build lasting patient relationships in a warm, people-focused practice serving local families and the military community
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- 3–7 years of clinical experience as a general dentist preferred
- Active Washington State dental license, or eligibility to obtain one before your start date
- Confidence across a broad range of general dentistry procedures
- A patient-first, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Earning potential of $200,000–$300,000/year includes greater of guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of collections; no lab charges
