- Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: OFF
Responsibilities
- Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, delivering optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
- Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT, to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.
- Foster a patient-centric environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.
- At least 1-2 years of clinical experience post-residency (select positions open to new grads).
- Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
- Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Motivated by both financial success and the continuous growth of the practice.
