Kaiser, Rosen & Kurman Dental Associates
2137 Welsh Road, Suite 3C, Philadelphia, PA 19115

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
  • Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.
  • Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.

Qualifications

  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.
  • At least 1–2 years of clinical experience post-residency preferred; select positions open to new graduates.
  • Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
  • Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Motivated by both financial success and the continuous growth of the practice.

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Friday: Off
