About the Practice

Konikoff Dental Associates has been serving families in Hampton Roads for more than 30 years. The practice provides specialty services in-practice across 10 convenient locations and is dedicated to a different kind of dental experience—one with a team focused on high-quality care and patient comfort.

Opportunity Overview

This Chesapeake-area office has a strong culture with a veteran team of doctors and staff, a well-established patient base, and busy patient flow. A new provider can expect to be productive from day one with full clinical autonomy to diagnose and treat patients on their own terms, with as much dentistry as they would like to perform.

Schedule

• Full-time: 4 days per week plus 1 Saturday per month (8:00 am–12:00 pm)

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $25,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants
• Compensation range: $180,000–$300,000+

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in the state of Virginia
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
