Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients within the scope of practice

- Participate in the ASCEND continuing education program

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited US dental school
- Active dental license in the state of practice
Qualifications

$180,000 - $300,000 + PPO/Fee For Service - No Medicaid or HMO
