Responsibilities

• Establish and grow long-term relationships with patients and the dental team.
• Provide a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endodontics, and Invisalign.
• Serve primarily fee-for-service and PPO patients with high reimbursement rates.
• Pursue lifelong clinical learning and education in collaboration with a group of doctors.
• Maintain the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

Compensation & Benefits

• Production-based compensation model with earnings potential of $250,000–$500,000+ per year, including fully paid lab expenses.
