About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. You’ll be empowered with the training, tools, and resources to advance your career while making a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care and support to both patients and dental team
• Empowered with the training, tools, and resources to advance your career
• Provide mostly fee-for-service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and Invisalign
• Pursue lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors
• Assume the quality of care for guests while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism

Requirements

• EXPERIENCED General Dentist with 1-2 years experience minimum to work in SOLO practice
• Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relations
• Providing mostly fee-for-service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and Invisalign
• Pursuing lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors
• Adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism

Qualifications

• State license to practice dentistry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care
