About the role
As a General Dentist at Ideal Dental in Grand Prairie, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both patients and the dental team. You will be empowered with training, tools, and resources to advance your career while making a real difference in the community.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional dental care to patients, including general and cosmetic procedures such as crowns, bridges, molar endodontics, Invisalign, and implant dentistry.
- Support and collaborate with the full‑time hygienist and other team members.
- Establish and grow long‑term relationships with guests and team members.
- Provide care to a mixed fee‑for‑service and PPO patient base with high reimbursement rates.
- Pursue lifelong clinical learning and education through the Clinical Advisory Board and Board‑Certified Specialists.
- Adhere to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

Pay
Production‑based compensation model with the potential to earn $250,000+ per year, plus a guarantee and higher PPO/fee‑for‑service reimbursement rates (10‑15% above typical).
