About the Role

As a General Dentist at Ideal Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to both our patients and dental team. You’ll be empowered with the training, tools, and resources to advance your career while making a real difference in the lives of those you serve. Every day, you’ll help create beautiful smiles and contribute to the health and well-being of the community.

This position offers high income potential with a production-based compensation model plus a guarantee, and the opportunity to earn up to $250,000+ per year. You’ll receive 45-60 new patients per month and solid support from experienced staff, including a full-time hygienist.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow long-term guest and team relations
• Provide a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and Invisalign, primarily for fee-for-service and PPO patients
• Pursue lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors
• Maintain the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism while ensuring quality care for guests
