About the role
Arcadia is seeking a General Counsel to serve as the senior-most legal authority, driving business growth through sales enablement, M&A integration, employee relations, and enterprise risk management. The role partners closely with the CEO and Board to support high-velocity commercial deals and prepare the company for future capital events.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of legal practice including in-house counsel and/or top law firm experience
- Prior General Counsel or senior legal leadership role in high-growth SaaS/tech
- Proven M&A integration experience
- J.D. with strong academic credentials and active state bar membership
Pay
$230,000–$350,000
