General Contractor Laborer (Lead Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and minor electrical/plumbing work
• Lead small projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Troubleshoot and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct routine building maintenance and preventative upkeep
• Travel between cultivation sites, dispensaries, and processing facilities as needed
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards and local regulations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition
• Communicate project updates and material needs to management

Requirements

• 3-5 years of construction or general contracting experience (preferred)
• Prior lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of general construction practices and building systems
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
• Drug and Alcohol free

Work Environment

This position operates across a variety of environments including cultivation facilities, dispensaries, and processing plants. Work may involve indoor and outdoor conditions and requires adherence to safety and compliance standards specific to regulated facilities.
