About the role

TLC Construction is expanding its construction team and is seeking a General Construction Team Member for a hands-on role. This position offers a 4-Day Work Week and full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) program. Additionally, all out-of-town expenses are paid, and there is a company-provided transportation service.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with new construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, furnishings, and property.
• Working with a tight-knit crew that values safety, quality, and accountability.
• Ensuring all work meets Life Safety and Fire Code requirements.
• Helping maintain clean, safe, and efficient job sites.

Qualifications

• Must be able to satisfy all state guidelines, including a clean criminal background check and drug screen.

Pay

$18.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
