About the Role

We seek to inspire our customers and bring the onX story to life. From front-end developers to growth hackers, designers and writers to automation experts, we deliver growth and innovation at every touchpoint of the customer journey. Even if there isn’t an immediate opening in Marketing that matches your background, we’d love to keep your info on hand for future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create compelling content across various channels, including social media, email, and web.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance to inform future initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in a tech or outdoor context.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Passion for technology and the outdoors.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Google Analytics and similar tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Understanding of social media advertising and analytics.

Schedule

Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, flexible hours may be available for certain roles.
