General Cleaner - Commercial Services - Medina, OH

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as General Cleaners, responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties. This role ensures guests feel safe and cared for during their vacation by maintaining a high standard of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning commercial properties
• Empty trash receptacles
• Vacuum, dust mop, sweep, and wet mop hard surface floors
• Clean units including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors
• Dust horizontal surfaces, windowsills, blinds, and perform high dusting
• Perform surgical cleaning in medical facilities
• Report unit maintenance issues, damaged/stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens
• Report inventory, supplies, and lost and found items to Supervisor/Manager
• Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
• Utilize supplies, equipment, and time efficiently

Requirements

• Janitorial experience is a plus
• Passion for cleanliness and strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and adapt behavior
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel rarely

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, move, lift (up to 25 lbs), bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
• Occasionally ascend/descend
• Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities

Pay

Starting at $16 per hour.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, some weekends. Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM.
