General Cleaner Broadway / Pantano Home Depot 410 shift from 1PM - 6PM for Monday & Tuesday

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• High Dusting: Using a treated high duster, clean surfaces above shoulder height.
• Sanitizing/Spot Cleaning: Use a germicidal solution to clean surfaces below shoulder height and remove fingerprints and smudges.
• Bathroom Cleaning: Wipe down surfaces in a specific order, including soap and paper dispenser checks and refills.
• Floor Dusting/Vacuuming: Dust mop and vacuum rooms, paying special attention to under furniture and near doors.
• Grounds Care: Clean outside areas, empty and clean trash cans, and spot clean spills.
• Food Court: Clean and sanitize tables, empty and clean trash cans, and stack clean trays.
• Customer Relations and Service: Knock on doors before entering, answer questions courteously, and report issues to supervisor.
• Physical Demands: Perform tasks requiring walking, standing, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, climbing, bending, twisting, balancing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, fingering, and overhead reaching.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of basic janitorial operations, methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Operate various janitorial equipment.
• Maintain a clean and neat personal appearance.
