General Cleaner

Job Responsibilities

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning
• Gather and empty trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance
• Strong communication skills
• Strong detail orientation
• Customer-oriented and friendly

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Repeat the same movements
• Frequent bending and twisting
• Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
• Able to work flexible hours including evening Part time 2nd Shift
• Monday - Friday $16/HR
• 5:30PM - 9:30PM
• 401(k) eligible after 60 days of employment
