As a General Cleaner, you will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, provide high-quality service, maintain proper supply levels, adhere to company policies, and assist in providing a safe working environment. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Gather and empty trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks, hazards, or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong detail orientation and customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Repeat the same movements frequently.
• Frequent bending and twisting.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Skills

• Energetic and enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.

Schedule

Part-time, 2nd shift: Tuesday and Thursday, 5 pm – 8 pm.

Pay

$16 per hour.
