Responsibilities

• Clean, including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance
• Good communication skills
• Strong detail orientation
• Customer-oriented and friendly
• High school diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Repeat the same movements
• Frequent bending and twisting
• Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings

Pay & Schedule

• Part Time 2nd Shift
• Monday–Friday 4:30PM–9PM
• $18/HR
