General Cleaner

About the role

As a General Cleaner at Vonachen Group, you will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service, ensuring proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and contributing to a safe working environment. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, and strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse team while demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, while following all health and safety regulations.
• Gather and empty trash bins in assigned areas.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Immediately inform management of any potential safety risks, hazards, or needed repairs.
• Monitor building security and safety, including locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Good communication skills and strong detail orientation.
• Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

Skills

• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Perform repetitive movements, frequent bending, and twisting.
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Schedule

• Full-Time 2nd Shift: Monday to Sunday, 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Night shift and weekend shift availability.

Pay

$14 per hour. Now offering daily pay!
