Job Responsibilities
- Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
- Gather and empty trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
- Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
- Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
- Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Able to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Repeat the same movements.
- Frequent bending and twisting.
- Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings.
- Able to work Full Time All Shifts.
