GENERAL ATTORNEY (LABOR)

About the position

You will serve as an Assistant District Counsel, Labor Counselor, in direct support of the District Counsel, furnishing expert legal advice, assistance and services to the District Commander. Legal support is also provided to senior Seattle District management officials and supervisors for the full spectrum of Federal Personnel and employment matters. The nature of legal work required to perform these duties involves complex issues, necessitating research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Furnish expert legal advice, assistance and services to the District Commander.
• Provide legal support to senior Seattle District management officials and supervisors for Federal Personnel and employment matters.
• Research and analyze complex legal issues as needed.
