Anesthesiologist providing comprehensive anesthesia care at a regional medical center.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and coordinating the Anesthesia Department activities
• Manage the medical care of patients undergoing surgery or procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and verify patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and associated risks with patients
• Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor patient physiological conditions and perform clinical interventions as needed
• Provide anesthesia for diverse cases including general, ortho, cardiac, and OB, with flexible scheduling options
• Lead patient management and ensure safety and comfort during procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• M.D./D.O. from an accredited institution
• ECFMG and FLEX certifications
• Completion of approved anesthesia residency
• Current physician licensure
