About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive General Affairs & Communications Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on optimizing daily administrative operations, managing office facilities, and coordinating corporate events to ensure an efficient, seamless, and productive workplace environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office facilities, handle space/asset management, manage administrative documentation, and maintain office supply inventories.
  • Cook up with external vendors and service providers, evaluate contracts, and process administrative expenses and billings.
  • Facilitate company-wide announcements, support internal communications, and lead the planning and execution of company events and workshops.
  • Schedule and greet corporate visitors, assist with meeting coordination, and manage the executive calendar.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional organizational ability
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize urgent tasks, and work independently
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Conversational-level Korean proficiency is required; fluency in Korean is a plus
