GenAI Software Engineering Transformation, Director

MUFG · New York, NY · 1 mo ago
OTHR$214k–$231k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a paragraph about MUFG and values etc. That's like "About the role" or maybe "About MUFG". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when there is real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove visa sponsorship line? That's maybe minor metadata; we can fold into short

or drop. The line: “Visa sponsorship/support is based on business needs. We do not anticipate providing visa sponsorship/support for this position.” That's minor metadata; we can put in a short

maybe under a meta paragraph. We need to include Pay and Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. Pay: they gave typical base pay range for New York/New Jersey: $214k - $231k depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. Also mention discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. So we can include Pay section with that info. Schedule: they said "Our hybrid work schedule is four days on-site and work remotely one day per week." Also earlier: "The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day." So we have schedule info. So include Schedule section. Benefits: they described Total Rewards program: comprehensive health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, educational assistance and training programs, income replacement for qualified employees with disabilities, paid maternity and parental bonding leave, and paid vacation, sick days, and holidays. Also mention link for more info (we can drop link). So Benefits section. Qualifications: they have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications and Ideal Candidate Profile and Education. We can combine into Requirements/Qualifications sections. The instruction: use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide. Probably we can have a "Qualifications" section that includes Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Ideal Candidate Profile, Education. Or separate "Requirements" and "Preferred Qualifications". But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Required and Preferred into one Qualifications section, with subpoints. Responsibilities: they have Key Responsibilities with bullet points. So we need a Responsibilities section. About the role: we have introductory paragraph about MUFG and values, plus Position Summary. So we can have an "About the role" section with that prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID/requisition numbers. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use

for section headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can condense into lists where appropriate. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (like "For more information on our Total Rewards package, please click the link below.") We can drop that sentence. Also remove the line about visa sponsorship? It's minor metadata; we can fold into a short

maybe under a meta paragraph but maybe better to drop? The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can either drop or put in a short

. Probably drop it to keep concise. Also remove the line: "The major responsibilities listed above are the material job duties..." etc. That's boilerplate legal. Remove. Also remove the Equal Opportunity Employer paragraph. Remove. Also remove the line: "We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove the line: "The above statements are intended to describe the general nature..." etc. Also remove the line: "We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with criminal histories..." That's also legal boilerplate; remove. Also remove the line: "The major responsibilities listed above are the material job duties..." remove. Also remove the line: "The above statements are intended to describe the general nature..." remove. Also remove the line: "We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." remove. Also remove the line: "We do not discriminate on the basis of..." remove. Also remove the line: "MUFG Benefits Summary" maybe we keep as heading? Actually we have Benefits section; we can keep that heading. We need to ensure we don't lose any substantive content: The Position Summary paragraph, the Key Responsibilities bullet points, Required Qualifications bullet points, Preferred Qualifications bullet points, Ideal Candidate Profile paragraph, Education bullet, Pay info, Schedule info, Benefits list. We also have the line: "The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day." That's schedule info; we already have schedule. We also have: "A member of our recruitment team will provide more details." That's minor; can drop. Now we need to format. We'll produce something like:
