Gen AI ML Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 5+ years in software development and deploying software products
• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python
• Experience with machine learning development, deployment, and frameworks (like TensorFlow or PyTorch)
• Excellent hands-on experience in Python, LLM, RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Agentic AI
• Hands-on experience delivering 3-4 end-to-end production projects
• Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and deploying large-scale AI-powered platforms and applications, specifically focusing on building and optimizing AI agents and agentic workflows
• Designing and optimizing ML systems for AI agents
• Translating user needs into technical solutions
• Developing and deploying AI algorithms and agentic workflows
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Architecting data pipelines
• Staying updated on state-of-the-art Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks (like Google ADK or LangChain)
• Evaluating technical trade-offs
• Potentially providing technical leadership
