Gen AI Engineer

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing AI solutions for various business applications. This includes building, training, and optimizing AI/ML models, preparing and managing training data, working closely with engineering and product teams, and evaluating model performance to enhance accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI solutions for business applications
• Build, train, and optimize AI/ML models
• Prepare and manage training data
• Work with engineering and product teams
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy

Requirements

• Experience with Python and its machine learning libraries
• Experience with open-source language models (Llama, Dolly)
• Knowledge in machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, and transformer architectures
• SQL skills for data preparation and feature engineering
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)
• CI/CD experience (preferred)

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development

• Python with ML libraries
