Day-to-Day
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
- Support GenAI model development, evaluation, and performance tuning
- Design and execute experiments to assess model behavior and outcomes
- Develop metrics to measure model quality, bias, and business impact
- Partner with product and engineering teams to inform model and feature decisions
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and analytical outputs for stakeholders
- Produce data analysis reports and insights
- Deliver model evaluation and performance metrics
- Document experiment design and results
- Provide recommendations to improve model performance and business value
Must Haves
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI concepts
- Strong Python (data analysis, ML libraries)
- Strong SQL and large-scale data manipulation
- Experience with advanced analytics and BI tools
- Experience with model evaluation and experimentation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Curious and hypothesis-driven mindset
- Ability to clearly communicate complex findings
- Strong cross-functional collaboration
- Awareness of ethical and responsible AI practices
- Ability to determine when to use specific GenAI models
- Exposure to LLM ecosystem (Google, Claude, etc.)
