About the role

RivaReno Gelato is an award‑winning Italian gelato brand known for its rich, creamy texture and authentic flavors crafted from the finest ingredients. With a new store opening in March in the heart of New York City, we’re bringing a true taste of Italy to SoHo. Pay

$18–$25 per hour plus tips. Positions available full‑time and part‑time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and guide them through flavor choices.
• Scoop gelato, prepare orders, and handle transactions accurately.
• Keep the serving area clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
• Assist in opening, closing, and restocking duties.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy setting.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
