Who We're Looking For
Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Therapist who can integrate clients' interests, such as contemporary media, video games, literature, and geek culture, into the therapeutic process. You'll use this unique approach to build a model based on Affinity, Resonance, and Understanding, helping clients achieve growth and progress in a fun and engaging way. Our therapists enjoy competitive pay (base hourly + profit sharing) and flexibility to manage their own caseload in a supportive, inviting environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health issues
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete documentation (diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, case notes) per company policy
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team to address community gaps in care
- Utilize creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals
- Coordinate services with families, case managers, medical personnel, Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Additional duties as needed to support our goals of providing quality, accessible therapy that pays therapists well
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Must be a licensed mental health professional in Florida; provisional licensure is considered
- Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and/or adults preferred
- Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and/or schools is a plus
- Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation is preferred
- A sense of humor is definitely a plus

Pay
$54,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Clinical Supervision Program
We offer clinical supervision for aspiring LCSWs, LMHCs, and LMFTs. However, supervisor availability may vary.
