GCP Citrix DaaS Architect

About the role

The successful candidate will own the GCP landing-zone integration, Shared VPC and hybrid networking, IAM, Windows and Active Directory architecture, Citrix resource locations, Cloud Connectors, Machine Creation Services, image lifecycle, security, automation, monitoring, performance, cost optimization, disaster recovery, and transition to operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the GCP landing-zone integration, Shared VPC and hybrid networking
• Design and implement IAM, Windows and Active Directory architecture
• Manage Citrix resource locations, Cloud Connectors, Machine Creation Services
• Control image lifecycle, ensure security, automate processes, monitor performance, optimize costs, manage disaster recovery, and transition to operations

Requirements

• Deep Google Cloud architecture and engineering expertise
• Production experience in Citrix DaaS or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Hands-on experience with Citrix resource management
• Experience with Windows and Active Directory environments
• Strong understanding of cloud networking and security best practices
• Ability to produce high-quality architecture documentation
• Proven track record of successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Citrix DaaS or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with Citrix Cloud Connectors, Machine Creation Services, and image lifecycle management
• Experience with Windows and Active Directory environments
• Experience with cloud networking and security best practices
