GCP Architect - Manager

Responsibilities

• Designing GCP infrastructure with Terraform, ensuring best practices for modularity and maintainability.
• Expertise in GCP networking, including network design and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Building scalable data platforms using services like BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
• Serving as a technical lead for Generative AI initiatives with Vertex AI and related services.
• Implementing security controls, IAM/RBAC, and compliance policies.
• Developing automated CI/CD pipelines and operational monitoring tools.
• Providing technical mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of recent GCP or similar cloud systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience in cloud architecture design, infrastructure as code, and data/analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting, Unix/Linux environments, and source code management systems like GIT.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure hardening.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
