GCP and AI Instructor

Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency uniting tech, creative, media, and data experts to empower clients on their digital journey. We value diverse perspectives and inclusive collaboration, and we’re looking for GCP and AI Instructors to join our award-winning team. This 12‑month fixed‑term role offers flexible, hybrid working arrangements and the chance to deliver high‑quality instruction globally to some of the world’s largest brands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual classroom sessions globally with flexibility outside strict 9–5 hours.
• Instruct courses across any topic in the Google Cloud certification paths, adapting to client needs.
• Provide occasional face‑to‑face training in your region, with potential opportunities for international travel.
• Contribute to Google Cloud AI curriculum delivery by helping develop custom courseware and materials.
• Keep pace with the rapidly evolving GCP technology landscape, especially in AI.
• Maintain and grow a range of current, valid GCP certifications.

Qualifications

• Essential certifications: A wide range of Google Cloud certifications is required to cover diverse certification paths (please detail which you hold upon application).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI‑related topics.
• Comfortable presenting and delivering multi‑day training sessions both online and in the classroom.
• Skilled at training enterprise‑level clients on developing or diversifying their skill sets.
• Clear communication of processes, strategies, and requirements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Systems operations experience, including deploying and managing applications on‑premises or in a public cloud.
• Advantageous: fluency in a second language; understanding of competitors; strong business awareness; ability to engage with leadership teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, comfortable speaking to advanced audiences and large groups.

• Custom work environment: up to 60% remote, with flexible hours between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
