GCCS-J Specialist (COP Manager)

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7/365 support (monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting) to GCCS-J operations at HQ USCENTCOM.
• Support/Travel to approved sites supporting Overseas Contingency Operations in the USCENTCOM AOR as required.
• Provide GCCS-J training to replacement forces prior to deployment.
• Provide mobile training and technical support to US and Coalition elements as authorized/directed.
• Candidate must have the ability to interact professionally and successfully with Government operational representatives.
• Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and is required to have high-level public speaking abilities.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen
• Active TS clearance and SCI eligibility; be able to securely handle / safeguard classified information
• 3-5 years relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of Joint operations and Joint C2 systems, GCCS-J, Agile Client, and Common Operational Picture (COP) / Common Tactical Picture (CTP) Management
• Working knowledge of Collaboration Tools (SharePoint), telecommunications tools (STEs/VoIP/VTC), Tactical Data Links (Link-16, Link-11, etc.), cross domain solutions/information sharing solutions (ex., RM, CPN, and TNE)
• Experience with high-level military staff briefing and action items
• Highly experienced with Microsoft Office O365 products; excellent writing / briefing skills
• Able to support a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
• Able to work 12-hour, day or night shifts (depending on rotation)

Qualifications

• Must be available for travel to both domestic and international locations (USCENTCOM AOR); no combat zone travel is authorized on this contract
