Key Responsibilities
- Reading and legible writing required along with use of simple arithmetic.
- Must be able to understand simple drawings.
- Requires ability to communicate effectively and cooperate with production departments and fellow workers.
- Requires continuous stooping, lifting, pushing and pulling.
- Requires ability to operate forklifts, electric and/or gas powered and operate crane.
- Good safety habits are a must as improper operation of forklift can cause serious injury to employee or to others in the work area.
- Employees are required to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and must use proper body techniques when performing floor, knee, and waist lifts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Assists in personnel training as required.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Must be a team player.
- Forklift experience preferred.
